A.  JUPITER ISLAND

 Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) to Ocean.  Splendid waterviews/beach.  Jupiter Inlet Colony, Beach Road, Tequesta Condos, Ocean Villas.  3/4+ BR homes; 2/3 BR condos.

B.  TEQUESTA

 Loxahatchee River to ICW . Village of Tequesta.  No beach.  Subdivisions include Turtle Creek, Heritage Oaks, North Passage, Tequesta C.C.  3/4 BR homes; 2/3 BR TH, 2/3 BR condos.

C.  NORTHWEST

 West of Loxahatchee River. Mostly single family homes in subdivisions, which include Fox Run, Northfork, Whispering Trails, Shores, Cypress Cove.  3/4+ BR homes.

D.  JUPITER FARMS

 West of Florida Turnpike.  Acreage, some unpaved roads.  Equestrian areas.  No associations.  Essentially all single family homes on 1¼+ acre lots.  2/3/4 BR homes.

E. COUNTRY ESTATES

 West of Florida Turnpike.  Acreage, some unpaved roads.  No associations. Essentially all single family homes. This part of Palm Beach Gardens is called Palm Beach Country Estates.  3/4 BR homes.

F.  JUPITER WEST

 95 to Old Dixie Hwy. Town of Jupiter, shopping areas, mix of new and older subdivisions including Maple Isle, Sims Creek, Indian Creek, River Walk, Egret Landing,  Stonebriar, Loxahatchee Club, Abacoa.  3/4 BR homes; 2/3 BR TH, 2/3 BR condos.

G.  JUPITER EAST

 Old Dixie Hwy to ICW . Mostly upscale waterfront, golf communities.  Subdivisions include Jonathan's Landing, Admiral's Cove.  3/4+ BR homes; 2/3 BR TH, 2/3 BR condo).

H.  JUPITER BEACH

 ICW to Ocean. Lovely waterviews/beach.  Subdivisions include Corinthians,   Ocean Club, Olympus,  Jupiter Key,   Ocean Walk, Ocean Trail,  the Estuary, Jupiter Dunes,  Sea Brook Place, Jupiter Ocean-Racquet Club.  3/4 BR homes; 2/3 BR TH, 2/3 BR condos

I.  BLUFFS AREA

 ICW to Ocean. Waterviews/beach area.  Subdivisions include Lakes at Bluffs, Bluffs River, Bluffs Marina, Bluffs Ocean, Sea Colony, Villas of Ocean Dunes.  2/3 BR homes; 2/3 BR TH; 2/3 BR condos 

J.  JUNO BEACH

 ICW to Ocean. Waterviews/beach.  Oceanfront condos and homes.  Subdivisions include Colony Condo, Sea Oats, Hidden Key, Oak Harbour, Plaza La Mer, plus others.  2/3/4 BR homes, 2/3 BR condos. 

K.  PB GARDENS

 Old Dixie Hwy to ICW.  Some waterview, waterfront, golf communities.  Subdivisions include Frenchman's Creek, Crystal Pointe, Mariners Cove, Frenchman's Cove, PGA National, BallenIsle, Eastpoint.  3/4+ BR homes.

THE BEACH    In Jupiter (Areas H and I) there are no condos or homes directly on the Beach (except for the Ocean Trail condos).  Instead they are across the beach road. Beachfront properties are found at Jupiter Island (Area A) and Juno Beach (Area J). Beach area parks include Carlin Park, Jupiter Beach, and Juno Beach.
